MEDICAL REFUNDS

Full refunds, less a processing fee of $50 and any applicable convenience fees, will be granted upon submission of a valid doctor's note.

GENERAL REFUNDS

Full refunds, less a processing fee of $150 and any applicable convenience fees, will be issued for cancellations unrelated to medical reasons.
